ORDERING
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every Lakeshore Row tee is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Once you place your order, production takes 3–5 business days. Standard shipping adds 7–14 days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Total estimated delivery: 10–19 business days standard.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that the production process has begun and we're unable to make adjustments. Email us at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping is coming. Join the list at the bottom of this page to be notified when it's available.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — no exceptions.
Because every piece is made to order we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
To start a return email shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If the fit isn't right we'll exchange for a different size at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery. Email shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it immediately at no cost to you — no questions asked.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
SIZING
How do your tees fit?
Each tee in the Lakeshore Row lineup fits differently — check the individual product pages for fit notes and a full size guide. As a general rule:
The Breeze — regular fit, true to size The Bend — relaxed drop shoulder, true to size or size down for a fitted look The Harbour — oversized, size down for a more tailored fit
When in doubt, size down. Our tees are cut generously.
