Overview
All Lakeshore Row products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Every tee is produced specifically for you when you place your order. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Production Time
Every order goes into production within 24 hours of placement. Production takes 2 to 4 business days. This time is separate from shipping and is not included in the shipping estimates below.
Shipping Times — United States
We offer two fulfillment options depending on the product selected at checkout.
US Fulfillment — shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse: Estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days after production. This is our fastest option and is available on select products.
Standard Fulfillment: Estimated delivery 10 to 15 business days after production. Available on all products in the Lakeshore Row lineup.
Total estimated delivery time for US orders: Fast option: 7 to 11 business days from order placement. Standard option: 12 to 19 business days from order placement.
Shipping Times — International
International Express: estimated 5 to 7 business days after production. Standard International: estimated 25 to 30 business days after production.
Total estimated delivery time for international orders varies by destination. International express is available at checkout where offered.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
Important: For international orders we will confirm your phone number before shipping. Orders held without a confirmed phone number for more than 90 days will be disposed of with no refund or liability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order contact us at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com. After 24 hours production may have begun and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier we cannot control delivery timing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window contact us at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item immediately at no cost.
