This website is operated by Lakeshore Row LLC, a registered limited liability company in the State of Georgia, United States. By visiting our site and purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General

By accessing lakeshorerow.com you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Products

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and batch differences in garment production.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders

By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Production and Shipping

All orders are made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days after production. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Lakeshore Row LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs for international orders. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is in the hands of the carrier we cannot control delivery timing.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Because all products are made to order we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. To initiate a return or exchange contact us at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 30 days of delivery at no additional shipping cost on the first exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting shoplakeshorerow@gmail.com. After 24 hours production may have begun and we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If production has not yet started we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs is the property of Lakeshore Row LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lakeshore Row LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
